We are Neelakkadal Private Limited, doing business as Jolly Tourism ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in India at Arikamedu Rd, Kaakaayanthope, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry 605007. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and tour packages. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer service team.
• A deposit or full payment (as specified) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Final payment is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing.
• Refunds (if applicable) are based on the following schedule:
  • 30+ days before departure: e.g., 80% refund
  • 15–29 days: e.g., 50% refund
  • 0–14 days: No refund
• No refunds for no-show or early departure.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds or alternatives will be offered.

3. Travel Insurance

• Highly recommended and may be mandatory for certain tours.
• Your responsibility to ensure coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and loss of belongings.

4. Travel Documents

• You must have valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits, etc.).
• We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or missing documents.

5. Health and Safety

• Assess your physical and mental fitness before travel.
• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs at booking.
• We may refuse participation if health or safety is a concern.

6. Liability

• We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport).
• Not liable for injury, loss, or delay beyond our control.
• Total liability is limited to the price paid for the service/tour.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior and compliance with local laws is expected.
• We may remove travelers who pose risks or cause disruptions—no refund will be given.

8. Changes to Itinerary

• Operational reasons may require itinerary changes.
• We will provide similar alternatives where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

• Website and promotional content is owned by Jolly Tourism.
• Do not reproduce or use content without written consent.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your data without consent, except as needed to provide your travel services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pondicherry, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts.
