Booking Cancellation Policy – Jolly Tourism

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your options and any applicable charges.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Jolly Tourism in writing via email at support@jollytourism.com. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice.

More than 30 days 20% of total booking cost (deposit retained)
15–30 days 50% of total booking cost
7–14 days 75% of total booking cost
Less than 7 days 100% (No refund)

Note: Non-refundable components such as flights, permits, or tickets booked on your behalf may not be refundable, regardless of cancellation date.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure

If you choose to leave a tour or activity after it has started, no refunds will be provided for unused portions.

4. Cancellation by Jolly Tourism

In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, insufficient participation, or government advisories). If this happens, you will be offered:

Jolly Tourism is not liable for any additional costs you may incur due to tour cancellation, such as airline fees or visa expenses.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies. Some tours may require proof of insurance as a condition of participation.
